• Certain premium features and services are available on a paid basis.

2. Cancellation of Services

• Once you purchase a paid plan, it cannot be cancelled midway.

• You may deactivate or delete your account at any time, but fees already paid will not be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

• All payments made to Royalristhey.com are non-refundable.

• No refund will be issued for unused services, profile deletion, account suspension, or dissatisfaction with matches.

• Refunds will not be given due to non-marriage or unsuccessful matchmaking, as we only provide a platform for connecting members and do not guarantee alliances.

4. Automatic Renewal

• If you choose a subscription with auto-renewal, you are responsible for cancelling it before the next billing cycle. Once charged, the amount is non-refundable.

5. Technical Issues / Duplicate Payment

• If a transaction fails due to a technical error but the amount is deducted, the same will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

• In case of duplicate payment, users must notify us at info@royalristhey.com. with proof of transaction. Refund will be processed after validation.

6. Changes to this Policy
